We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Advocate to join our team. As a Youth Advocate, you will play a vital role in empowering and supporting young people to reach their full potential. You will work closely with youth in various settings, such as home, schools, community centers, and juvenile justice facilities, to guide them through challenges and assist in their personal growth. This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young individuals and help them navigate the complexities of adolescence. This is an Hourly, Part Time position serving youth and families throughout Ontario County. Applicant must be dependable, committed, and able to serve as a positive role model for youth in the community, school and home settings. The Primary responsibilities of the Advocate are to initiate, organize, plan, develop and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families. All service plans will be based on a strength-based approach using the wrap around model. This position offers flexible hours, competitive weekly pay and activity reimbursement.
