About The Position

Lead a Full Force team for the Young Adult Ministry to implement a fantastic ‘One at a Time’ guest experience from street to seat. Southeast Christian Church is a dynamic, growing church where staff are encouraged to lead boldly, care deeply, and live authentically.

Requirements

• Must have experience and success with building large volunteer teams.
• You have a crazy passion for hospitality that is contagious.
• Experience managing and producing large-scale special events.
• Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one.
• Exemplifies our seven staff values: Honor, Care, Accountability, Grit, Authenticity, Humility, and Fun.
• Leads by example fulfilling the staff expectations of groups, inviting, serving, worship and giving.
• Agree with the Statement of Faith, submit to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church Mantras in tangible ways.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Young Adults Guest Experience with radical hospitality, intentionality and clarity.
• Recruit, train, lead, and care for volunteers in these areas and roles: Greeters, Ushers, Parking Lot, Hospitality, New Here Team, Connection Center Desk.
• Ensure the auditorium and atrium are prepared for weekend services.
• Welcome and host special guests and visitors.
• Maintain alignment of the guest experience in conjunction with the mission, vision and strategies of Southeast Christian Church.
