About The Position

The Young Adult Ministry Coordinator at our Westerville Campus is a part-time (20 hours/week) ministry leadership position that plays a key role in helping young adults find meaningful community, grow in their faith, and take next steps in following Jesus. This person will provide relational, organizational, and administrative support for Vineyard Columbus' young adult ministry, helping create environments where young adults can build authentic relationships, deepen their faith, and engage in the life of the church. Working closely with the Young Adult Pastor, the Young Adult Ministry Coordinator will help connect new young adults into community, support small group leaders, assist with Young Adult Night gatherings, and oversee many of the administrative systems that help the ministry operate effectively. This role combines relationship-building with practical ministry leadership, requiring someone who is passionate about young adults, enjoys developing leaders, and can bring both warmth and organization to ministry environments. This is an exciting opportunity to invest in a growing community of young adults by helping people find belonging, develop lasting relationships, and grow as disciples of Jesus.

  • Comfortable learning and utilizing Planning Center or similar ministry management tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software platforms.
