A CorePower Yoga Instructor delivers an exceptional student experience by providing a welcoming front-desk check-in, leading CPY-aligned classes, and supporting students in their personal growth and practice. Instructors build supportive relationships by being accessible and approachable, prioritizing student safety, and embodying CorePower Yoga’s values. Instructors teach at least two classes per week and spend a minimum of four hours in the studio. They are scheduled to arrive 30 minutes before and stay 30 minutes after each class to review studio communications, plan classes using CPY tools, and connect with students. In addition to teaching, instructors welcome and check in students, handle point-of-sale transactions and front-desk duties, complete assigned cleaning tasks, and promote current company initiatives. Instructors are assigned a home studio and supporting studios, where they teach scheduled classes, provide substitute coverage, receive feedback and communications, and support community growth. CorePower Yoga describes itself as the nation’s largest yoga studio brand, with more than 200 locations, digital livestream and on-demand classes, and thousands of yoga teachers. The company emphasizes inclusion, community, personal growth, and its core values of empowering everyone, practicing gratitude, building community, growing forward, and laughing together. CorePower Yoga is an equal opportunity employer and provides reasonable accommodations in the application process.
