About The Position
Elevation Health is seeking an experienced fitness professional to lead exciting and engaging group fitness classes in a brand-new luxury residential fitness amenity located in the rapidly developing Bridge District in Sacramento. The role involves teaching Yoga and Mat Pilates classes to adults, maintaining clear communication with Elevation Health, offering innovative programming, and ensuring a safe exercise environment. The company is dedicated to empowering people to be active and believes in the power of fitness and wellness to improve all aspects of life.
Requirements
- Experience teaching
- Current First Aid/CPR/AED
- Current Yoga certification
- Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI)
Nice To Haves
- Mat Pilates Certification
Responsibilities
- Teach Yoga/Mat Pilates classes to adults during the agreed upon days/times
- Maintain clear lines of communication between Elevation Health and the client
- Offer innovative group exercise classes and programming
- Ensure safe exercise environment by adhering to class capacity limits
- Take attendance every class utilizing Elevation Health Platform
