About The Position

Crunch Fitness is seeking energetic, enthusiastic instructors who are passionate about health and fitness. The role involves teaching exercise classes and helping members pursue their fitness goals in a diverse, welcoming gym environment guided by Crunch’s “No Judgments” philosophy. The instructor reports to the Group Fitness Manager and Director General Manager Franchise Owner/Operator. The position is performed in person. Requirements

Maintain valid CPR certification.
Hold a valid Yoga or Pilates certification.
Hold Barre certification.
Have experience teaching exercise classes to clients of all levels.
Have strong customer service skills.
Have good verbal communication skills.
Must be a United Citizen.

Responsibilities

Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
Understand and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with the Crunch mission statement.
Facilitate member requests or forward them to a manager.
Maintain a professional disposition at all times.
Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.
Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.
Attend monthly or weekly department meetings and employee training meetings.
