Job Summary Reporting to the VP, Campaign Management & Yield Optimization, the Principal Yield Manager is the individual contributor responsible for portfolio-level yield strategy across our Direct and Programmatic channels. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards for various teams across the organization. You'll design the frameworks governing floor prices, inventory packaging, deal structures, and auction settings—bridging two revenue ecosystems into a coordinated, data-driven operation that maximizes monetization while protecting client performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in yield management, publisher ad ops, or programmatic monetization with direct revenue optimization ownership
  • Hands-on SSP deal setup experience and deep knowledge of programmatic ecosystems (RTB, PMP, deal IDs) and publisher ad tech (ad servers, SSPs, OMS)
  • Proven portfolio-level yield experience—floors, rate cards, packaging, prioritization—not just campaign optimization
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Sheets and BI tools; SQL preferred; excellent executive communication and presentation abilities
  • Willingness to learn and dig in on data and programmatic setup that is unique to DOOH and PatientPoint
  • A systems mindset that balances short-term yield with long-term network and client health
  • Ability to simplify complexity—turning dense auction mechanics into clear, business-ready decisions
  • Technical fluency with engineers and analysts paired with strong storytelling for commercial and executive audiences

Nice To Haves

  • DOOH publishing experience with physical screen network pacing, measurement, and packaging considerations
  • Healthcare or pharma advertising background with compliance and regulatory awareness
  • Experience with programmatic DOOH platforms and demand path optimization across multiple SSPs
  • Forecasting/revenue planning model experience tied to inventory, pricing, and sales targets

Responsibilities

  • Own portfolio-level yield strategy including floor policies, rate card guidance, discount bands, alerting, and prioritization rules across Precision and Core Programmatic channels
  • Design inventory and PMP packaging frameworks (audience, venue, daypart, exclusivity) and define end-to-end programmatic deal operations from setup through optimization
  • Run structured experiments (A/B, multivariate) on pricing, floors, and priority rules; build forecasting models quantifying revenue and margin impact
  • Partner with Analytics to build unified dashboards across channels; establish campaign health standards and serve as escalation point alerts for systemic issues
  • Lead strategic SSP partner management including QBRs, roadmap discussions, and monetization opportunities; collaborate with Ad Tech on server/OMS configurations
  • Collaborate with Ad Operations, Sales, Pricing, Product and Data teams
