About The Position
Support daily yard operations by moving, loading, and organizing materials. Assist with traffic control, spotting, and safe movement of trucks and equipment. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe yard environment. Perform basic equipment operation and manual labor tasks as needed. Follow safety procedures and communicate effectively with team members.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to safely work in an active industrial or outdoor environment
- Strong awareness of safety practices and site surroundings
- Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with others
- Dependable work habits with flexibility to support daily operational needs
- Physical capability to perform yard and material handling tasks
