About The Position

The Yardman for Transmission checks materials in and out, loads and unloads materials for the jobs. This position assists subs in loading and unloading materials and maintains the yard. The work environment is a combination of office and shop environments, and the employee is regularly exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise. This role requires the ability to follow company safety rules and policies.

Requirements

• Must have 1-2 years’ of inventory experience.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have experience with heavy equipment.
• Able to perform rigorous physical labor.
• Willingness to learn.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Must possess knowledge or be able to learn how to use a computer for: Diagnostics Equipment, Inventory management, Work Orders.
• Able to lift in excess of 50lbs.
