About The Position

Joseph J. Albanese, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Worker to load and unload goods and materials. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Worker's responsibilities include receiving, storing, and distributing materials used in construction projects; also performing inventory control, quality checks, and maintenance of the warehouse. Requirements

One year of relevant experience preferred.
Forklift certification preferred.
Must have a valid CA driver's license.
Ability to work overtime as needed within labor law guidelines.
Ability to handle administrative duties, including completion of required documents.
Ability to effectively use time management and goal setting.
Maintain a safe working environment and observe all safety procedures, laws, policies, and rules.
Communicate with internal customers in a manner that promotes a positive relationship.

Responsibilities

Unload and load goods and materials.
Proper handling and stocking of goods and materials.
Drives delivery vehicle as needed and/or assigned to transport orders to designated sites.
Operating forklifts and heavy equipment only with the proper certification for each.
Maintain warehouse housekeeping and cleanliness.
Proper maintenance of warehouse machinery and equipment.
Maintain daily logs and other such records.
Perform related duties as assigned.
