About The Position
We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Yard Worker to join our Nashville team. This is a hands-on, physical role supporting our fencing operations — keeping the yard organized and materials stocked so our crews can work efficiently.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience preferred
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or a material yard preferred
Responsibilities
- Load and unload fencing materials, posts, gates, and hardware
- Organize and maintain the yard to ensure materials are easy to locate and properly stored
- Pull and stage material orders for field crews based on job requirements
- Receive incoming deliveries and verify accuracy against purchase orders
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Keep the yard clean, safe, and compliant with company standards
- Assist with occasional deliveries to job sites as needed
- Support other departments with general labor tasks as directed
