About The Position
National Star Services, a 27-year-old facility management company with nationwide services, is seeking a Metal Recycling Sorter in Chicago, IL. As a Sorter, you will perform various physical tasks to support the recycling operation, including handling and sorting materials such as aluminum, copper, and brass. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean work area and collaborating with a team. This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting, and adherence to safety procedures. Training will be provided. Attention to detail and teamwork are essential.
Requirements
- Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Must have reliable transportation to get to work.
- Must wear steel-toe boots.
- Must have two valid forms of ID to apply.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Background check & Drug test are required.
