Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools and machinery.
- Hard-working with the ability to stay productive outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Team-oriented with pride in work and a willingness to assist the team.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and skid steers to move trailers and farm equipment.
- Assist with basic assembly and equipment repairs.
- Maintain yard organization and ensure all equipment is inspected and ready for customers.
