About The Position
Metromont LLC, a leader in the construction industry for nearly a century, is seeking a dynamic Yard Supervisor to join their team. Founded in 1925, Metromont is a third-generation company with nearly 1,500 associates across six manufacturing facilities. They specialize in the engineering and manufacturing of precast concrete, working closely with customers from project design through completion. Metromont also provides design and engineering, hauling, erection, and field services. Their innovative precast solutions are used for parking structures, data centers, multifamily housing, office buildings, warehouses, schools, and stadiums across various regions.
Requirements
- Reading, Writing advanced skills
- Math intermediate skills
- Tape measure to 1/16th
- Advanced Blue print/ plans reading
- Computer literate a must.

- Lead crew in a Productive and Safe manner.
- Actively lead Team in companies 6S, Lean and Safety Programs
