About The Position

We are a leading home services provider looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to work as a Yard Operator. As a Yard Operator, you will assist with the daily operations of our depot grounds. Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Weekly and weekend overtime as needed
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet the company's motor vehicle policy
• Must be skilled using hand and power tools
• Must be able to work independently while safely maintaining a high level of performance
• Organizational skills
• Personable, approachable and helpful personality
• Highly detail oriented and focused
• Flexible and adaptable nature
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain yard and keep clean at all times
• Maintain inventory and warehouse
• Building maintenance and light landscaping duties
• Fill propane tanks and pull parts
• Loading tank trucks and documentation associated
• Spill response team member
• Delivery of equipment to other field personnel
• Courier work, post office, parts pick up
• Involvement in counting annual van and warehouse inventories
• Other miscellaneous duties as needed
