About The Position

As part of CRANDIC, a subsidiary of Travero, you'll play a critical role in keeping rail operations running safely and efficiently by coordinating train crews, maintenance activities, and railcar movements with connecting railroads. This position serves as a key communication hub, connecting customers, crews, and railroad partners to ensure exceptional service and seamless operations. This position is responsible for the daily coordination of train crews, Maintenance of Way, and interchanges, receipts, and deliveries with connecting railroads. Plays a key role in the dissemination of information between internal and external customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Previous dispatch and/or customer service experience
• Demonstrated proficiency using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office products.
• Previous background working shift positions including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated experience managing and interfacing with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership and direction for the essential functions of customer service.
• Coordinates and communicates with all technical support areas of CRANDIC to ensure efficient and accurate information.
• Responsible for interface with internal and external customers.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
