Requirements

  • Experience in fencing, snow removal, landscaping, and general yard care.
  • Proficiency in heavy equipment operation (certification is a plus).
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
  • Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in operating heavy machinery
  • Experience with basic landscape design
  • Experience in commercial yard maintenance or large property care

Responsibilities

  • Perform fencing installation, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Conduct snow removal services, including salting and sanding.
  • Execute landscaping tasks such as lawn care of ditches and boulevards, weeds on fence lines, and any and other yard maintenance activities.
  • Handle general yard care, including debris removal, pruning, and weed control.
  • Operate heavy equipment (e.g., skid steers, backhoes, or front end loaders) safely and efficiently for various tasks such as snow removal, grading, and earthmoving.
  • Assist with material handling, hauling, and equipment transport as needed.
  • Ensure all work is performed to company standards and follow safety guidelines at all times.
