Requirements

Ability to commute: Camrose, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
Must be able to work 10-hour shifts
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test
Ability to work overtime
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

Experience a plus – but NOT required
Knowledge of the standard methods, materials, tools, equipment and procedures utilized with all coating types – a plus but not required
Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions which are applicable to the work – a plus but not required
High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

Carry out a variety of tasks within the pipe coating processing facility
Monitor and operate control panels to maintain consistent coating operations
Support foam application activities, including inspection of coated pipe
Assist with maintenance and upkeep of foam application equipment
Provide support during plant shutdowns and startups
Collaborate with forklift operators to safely load and unload pipe
Build, repair, and maintain pipe racks and storage pads
Prepare materials and pipe for truck loading and offloading
Measure pipe steel to verify specifications
Perform pipe repairs using gas cutting, electric saws, grinders, and beveling tools
Restore pipe end surfaces and install sleeves for coating repairs
Apply two‑part repair materials and complete related repair documentation
Complete required paperwork accurately to reflect work performed
Perform general yard labor, including rope cutting, pile building, pad construction, and cleanup
Remove and clean dunnage as pipe piles are dismantled
Assist with DHC pipe load‑out operations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times
Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and required training programs
Follow all safety procedures and demonstrate the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Perform additional duties as assigned
