About The Position

This position is onsite at our Lino Lakes, MN Facility. The hours are Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 1:00pm. The role involves performing equipment inspections, maintaining good housekeeping, ensuring product quality and accurate labeling, operating a saw, driving and backing large trailers, communicating with team members, assisting production lines, and preparing trailers for product in various weather conditions.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Adept at safe use of various hand tools
Able to read and interpret precise measurements using a tape measure
Ability to train and coach employees consistently
Ability in math concepts to include: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions
Ability to read blueprints and plans
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent hand/ eye coordination

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in manufacturing, precast, preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform equipment inspections as requested by the Precast Supervisor at the beginning of every shift.
Practice good housekeeping of area.
Determine if product is of Molin’s quality standards before being yarded.
Ensure that the tag on the product matches what is written on the end of the product.
Run saw for extended periods of time.
Driving and backing large trailers in a congested yard.
Communicate effectively and professionally with yard team members.
Assist production lines when yard out duties are completed for the day.
Ensure trailers are ready for Precast product in snowy/icy conditions.

Benefits

Pay and benefits for this position are determined by the Local 563 Union Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
Full scale of the position is $32.47/hr.
