About The Position

This is a yard-switching position moving 48-foot tractor trailers and 28-foot straight trucks throughout the yard and to docks using a yard horse. No-touch freight or heavy lifting is required. The position pays $31.50 per hour for CDL A drivers. Overtime, weekend and holiday work, and various start times are required to meet business needs. The listed shift is 1 a.m. to 9 a.m., with every Saturday and Sunday required and two days off in the middle of the week.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver License with a clean MVR.
• Have at least one year of experience working as a Yard Jockey or switcher with a CDL A.
• Possess and be able to present a valid, non-expired interstate Medical Examiner's Certificate Card.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and employment verification.
• Pass a Clearinghouse Query.
• Be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Be available to work overtime and holidays.
