About The Position
Wanship Transportation has been a refrigerated transportation leader in the Western States for over 30 years. Our specialty is moving less than truckload (LTL) freight. We are looking for a self-motivated, hard-working individual to work with our refrigerated warehouse team. The successful candidate will operate a hostler moving trailers in and out of our dock area.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL required
- 1 year Hostler or Class A driving
- Excellent backing skills
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience or certified
Responsibilities
- Safely move 24-53 ft trailers to and from the dock using a hostler.
- Cross dock freight and load trailers using a forklift
- Communicate with warehouse and customers
- Perform yard checks
- Fuel Reefers
