About The Position
Future Infrastructure, a Primoris Company has an immediate opening for a Yardhand / Laborer in Creedmoor, TX. This role is crucial for maintaining the operational efficiency and safety of the company's yard, shop, and fleet areas.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent with Trade School or Mechanical Background
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform demanding tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership and motivational skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and Windows based software
- English required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a shop, yard, or laborer role preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized yard, shop, and fleet area.
- Load, unload, and transport equipment, tools, and materials to job site.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of fleet vehicles and equipment.
- Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles and equipment are in safe working condition.
- Support mechanics and technicians with various shop tasks as needed.
- Operate forklifts, loaders, and other equipment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and Company policies.
- Other duties as assigned by the Fleet Manager or Supervisor.
