About The Position
Pool Transport is seeking an experienced Yard Foreman/Forewoman to oversee day-to-day operations, yard supervision, housekeeping, and employee management in Worcester. This role involves shift work and a focus on customer service.
Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Prior supervisory/management experience.
- Valid Code EB/B driver's license.
- Computer literacy.
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Organizational and administrative abilities.
- Customer-service oriented with professionalism.
Nice To Haves
- Third language proficiency is a plus.
- Reside in Worcester.
- Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and allocate tasks to General Workers.
- Manage yard operations and cleanliness.
- Ensure timely execution of Fleet Managers' instructions.
- Lead cargo loading and offloading activities.
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately.
- Monitor employee performance and enforce discipline.
- Resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Maintain top-notch customer service standards.
