About The Position

Keep inventory updated and accurate, including shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and transfers among other branches, and advise supervisor and/or coordinators when inventory is low. Work with coordinators on project-specific material needs and equipment/material staging. Pre-load or stage materials and equipment for projects, cut material as directed by your supervisor and/or Coordinators. Help crews load material for projects. Ensure all loads are safe and equipment is not overloaded. Load and unload material deliveries. Maintain site facilities and equipment - move snow, cut grass, wash trucks and equipment, monitor trash removal, and recyclable materials. Special projects as needed. Other tasks as defined and assigned by the Branch Manager.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License Required
  • Required to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
  • Occasionally required to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs or ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
  • Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Strictly follow safety policies, rules, and safe work methods.
  • Promptly correct or report safety hazards or unsafe conditions.
  • Promptly report injuries for diagnosis and treatment.
  • Make regular suggestions for safety process improvements to support continuous improvement in safety.
