About The Position

The Yard Facilitator, Rental is responsible for inspecting, washing, and preparing equipment returning from rentals. This role requires maintaining a neat, organized, and safe work area, as well as loading and unloading trucks. The position also involves scanning rental equipment during delivery and return, processing associated paperwork, and inspecting returned equipment for damage. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in loading, unloading, and transportation of construction equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• PC experience with MS Excel, Word, and general computer literacy.
• Multi-tasking with good communication, planning & organizational skills.
• Ability to take initiative, be team oriented, and willing to adapt to change.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed.
• Excellent communication skills (written, e-mail, and verbal).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (no more than 2 minor violations within the past 3 years and no major violations within the past 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Inspect, wash, and prepare equipment returning from rentals for the shop.
• Maintain a neatly organized and safe work area, taking pride in store and yard appearance.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Scan rental equipment during delivery and return processes.
• Maintain associated paperwork.
• Inspect returned equipment for damage during the rental period and complete proper documentation.
• Process and maintain all associated paperwork.
• Perform other related duties as requested and/or assigned.
