Requirements

Possess a current and valid Class A CDL.
Safe driving record with no more than one accident or moving violation within the previous 12 months from date of hire.
12+ months of verifiable driving experience (defined as interstate operation of a Class A combination vehicle/tractor trailer) within the previous three years.
At least 21 years of age at the time of hire.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with electronic, on-board recordkeeping systems.
Previous experience working in customer facing roles.

Responsibilities

Transportation of trailers and products relative to assigned area of responsibility.
General vehicle maintenance on assigned vehicle.
Complete all log books and other paperwork.
Perform daily vehicle inspections.
Coordinate between Transportation and Shipping departments to move trailers as needed.
Report vehicle maintenance and necessities to appropriate management.
Load and unload customer and/or vehicles as required.
Maintains and cleans vehicle and assigned work area.
Material handling.
Conform to all DOT safety regulations.
Perform local deliveries, as needed.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
