About The Position

Pape’ Rents is seeking a Yard Coordinator to join their team. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of Yard/ Utility workers and ensuring the yard and equipment are organized, clean, and ready for customers. The position offers opportunities for career growth and is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined and enjoys a variety of job duties.

Requirements

• Self-starter drive who can work without direct supervision
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to frequently lift and move 50 lbs
• Driver’s license with a good driving record

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of Yard/ Utility workers
• Ensure yard and equipment are organized, clean, and ready for customers
• Perform equipment check-ins
• Steam clean, wash, and fuel equipment
• Perform light mechanical work
• Ship and receive equipment
