About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Warehouse Yard Coordinator / Dispatcher! Our Yard Coordinators / Dispatchers play a critical role in the coordination and tracking of the movement of trailers in and out of the yard facility and oversee all movement in the warehouse yard. Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• At least one year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent of both
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Nice To Haves

• One year of leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with Vendors/Drivers during check-in and check-out process
• Work with Management and the Yard Team in the unload area to coordinate trailer movement, con gear placement, and ensure proper dock set up.
• Perform thorough yard checks
• Provide reports detailing all inbound/outbound trailer movement
