Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, order systems)
- Willingness to learn procurement and construction processes
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in construction, warehouse, logistics, or purchasing is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with ordering and tracking materials and supplies for job sites
- Help maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and consumable items
- Communicate with vendors to request pricing and place orders
- Support the team by preparing and processing purchase orders
- Coordinate deliveries to job sites and confirm receipt of materials
- Assist with urgent material or tool deliveries when needed
- Maintain organized records of orders, vendors, and deliveries
- Build positive working relationships with vendors and internal teams
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the yard and project teams
