Requirements
- Ability to work independently: while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.

- Basic computer skills: to document work and navigate systems.
- Customer-focused mindset: with a professional attitude when interacting with others.
- Comfort working outdoors: in various weather conditions and staying active throughout the day.
- Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Own yard operations: by organizing, tracking, and managing all equipment as it enters, moves through, and exits the yard.
- Inspect, clean, and detail equipment: to ensure it’s fully prepped and ready for delivery, rental, or demo.
- Support equipment flow: by moving, staging, and coordinating machinery between the yard and shop.
- Partner with the service team: to keep operations running smoothly and ensure timely, accurate job completion.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment: while delivering strong customer service and representing RDO with pride.
