Requirements

Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions and staying active throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Organizing, tracking, and managing all equipment as it enters, moves through, and exits the yard.
Inspecting, cleaning, and detailing equipment to ensure it’s fully prepped and ready for delivery, rental, or demo.
Moving, staging, and coordinating machinery between the yard and shop to support equipment flow.
Partnering with the service team to keep operations running smoothly and ensure timely, accurate job completion.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional environment while delivering strong customer service and representing RDO with pride.
