Aaction Rents is looking for a reliable, hard-working Yard Attendant to join their team. This is a hands-on role working outdoors with construction equipment, helping keep their yard organized, safe, and running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who likes staying busy, working with equipment, and being part of a solid team.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Team player who is willing to jump in where needed
Nice To Haves
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Forklift experience is helpful (we’ll train the right person)
Responsibilities
- Wash, clean, and prep equipment for rental
- Inspect equipment upon return for damage and basic functionality
- Organize and maintain the yard to keep it clean, safe, and efficient
- Load and unload equipment for customers and drivers
- Assist customers in the yard as needed
