About The Position
Producer Patriot Growth Insurance Services | Media, PA | Hybrid | Full-Time Why This Role Matters If you're driven to build something of your own, know how to earn trust fast, and hold yourself to a standard most people in sales don't, this is the role that puts all of it to use. Our agency is growing, and we need producers who want to grow with it. You'll be building a book from the ground up, prospecting new business, developing relationships, and closing deals across personal lines, commercial lines, or both, depending on where your strengths take you. The clients you win expect a lot and remember who delivers. The team behind you works with you, not around you. And you'll have the platform behind you: national carrier access, 150+ locations, a team that genuinely collaborates, so you're never building your book without the right resources in reach. Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days on-site in Media, PA
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license, or the ability to obtain one within [X days] of hire
- Experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role, typically 1–3 years
- Comfort with outbound prospecting (calls, referrals, networking, or similar)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior insurance industry experience
- An existing network or warm referral base in your target market
- CISR, CPIA, or CIC designation
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business consistently so that your book grows month over month, not just when it's convenient.
- Build relationships with potential clients so that when they're ready to buy, you're the first person they call.
- Partner with account managers and underwriters on marketing and quoting so that every prospect gets a competitive, well-built proposal.
- Close new business and transition it smoothly into service so that clients feel supported from the very first conversation.
- Leverage Patriot's carrier relationships and brand so that you're never prospecting without credibility and support behind you.
- Track your pipeline and activity consistently so that your growth is visible, coachable, and built to last.
