About The Position

The Xtream Salesperson is responsible for increasing vehicle sales for the dealership by generating sales leads through proper utilization of the Xtream software solution targeting previous customers. This role involves greeting customers in the Service Drive, engaging in business development, addressing customer concerns, and demonstrating effective follow-up. The position requires utilizing the Xtream database for marketing materials and preparing reports. The Xtreme Sales Lead will work closely with the sales team, Sales Managers, and Service Manager, while maintaining customer satisfaction standards and a safe work area. The role also includes participating in required training, accurately recording work hours, and adhering to company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

Excellent sales, negotiating, and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of automotive sales industry.
Valid Driver’s License
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Ability to learn and utilize the Xtream software system and the Dealership Management system.
Ability to understand and follow instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
Regular and predictable attendance.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.

Responsibilities

Meets dealership sales goals
Run daily scrubs to generate effective leads for both the New and Used Sales departments, as well as the Finance department.
Greet customers in the Service Drive daily and determine if there are any Xtream opportunities with scheduled service customers’ vehicles.
Engages in business development
Addresses customer concerns
Demonstrate effective follow up and follow through with customers.
Utilize the Xtream database to prepare marketing materials for customers.
Prepare Xtream reports and metrics as requested.
Works closely with sales team, Sales Managers and Service Manager
Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
Participates in required training
Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values
Complies with Company policies and procedures
Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
