Supports and educates customers in the optimal usage of applications. We are looking for an XPRF Clinical Education Specialist (CES). The Siemens Healthineers Education and Workforce Solutions organization is responsible for providing onsite technical training for our XP Radiography/Fluoroscopy customers. medical facilities. In this role, you will ensure that the Clinical Education training on Siemens Imaging systems and components is facilitated to provide expert technical training, deliver customer excellence, and represent Siemens Healthineers and Clinical Education with professionalism and a focus on providing positive customer experience. Summary: In this role, the successful candidate’s principal responsibility will serve to facilitate best-in-class Clinical Education on Siemens Imaging systems and components by providing expert technical training that fosters customer excellence and represents Siemens Healthineers and Clinical Education with professionalism. The candidate will work with the respective modality team members to continually develop clinically relevant knowledge and expertise to ensure positive customer experience. The Clinical Education Specialist may be requested to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of a Siemens FlexForce engagement (FlexForce Tech., FlexForce Coach, StartUp Tech., etc.).

Requirements

  • Valid ARRT or equivalent National Certification to relevant modality
  • BA or BS preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of dedicated clinical experience preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of dedicated clinical experience in contemporary Siemens equipment and software preferred.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office tools (Outlook email/calendar, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Teaching Experience
  • Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites to perform the essential functions of this position.
  • Many clients require Siemens Healthineers employees and representatives to meet certain Vendor Credentialing requirements before they will be allowed to have access to their sites.
  • Unless prohibited by law, position must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to have full client access and must continue to meet those requirements during the course of employment in this position.
  • These requirements vary by client and may include, but are not limited to: Proof of valid identification (photo, driver's license, SSN) Criminal background checks Drug screens Immunizations (COVID-19, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Influenza, Tetanus) Annual TB testing Healthcare training.
  • A successful candidate must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and gather necessary regulatory-approved documentation for end-user training.
  • Routine travel Monday through Friday per the Business need. With potential requests to support extended hours and weekends.
  • Engage in practical and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct clinical training to educate staff on using Siemens equipment safely and effectively for newly installed systems, upgraded software/hardware features, and ongoing/remedial training as needed.
  • Complete regulatory and core process documents per policy guidelines (Timecards, expense reports, vendor credentialing, daily in-service reports, etc.).
  • Ability to coordinate and facilitate impactful training activities that result in excellent clinical outcomes with minimal impact on patient care, workflow, and productivity.
  • Maintaining clinical and technical competency through continued education and participation in Siemens training programs.
  • Help develop and implement a customized education plan for customers to ensure effective utilization of our products.
  • Communicate progress and provide summaries to stakeholders, i.e., productivity, efficiency, and performance impacts.
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to optimize and standardize exams.
  • Promote Education & Workforce Solutions (EWS) offerings as applicable.
  • Adhere to the internal Coach training plan, reporting standards, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to reduce customer distress.
  • Participate in end-of-engagement feedback sessions for FlexForce Coach improvements.
