About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking an experienced Xpel and tint installer to join its team. The role involves preparing vehicles and installing paint protection film (PPF), including template-based and bulk installations. Work is primarily performed indoors in a shop environment. Candidates should be self-motivated, manage their time effectively, and be able to work in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a full-time professional PPF installer; this is not an entry-level position.
• Familiarity with the XPEL DAP system for template processing.
• Proficiency in both pattern and bulk style installations.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle detailing processes.
• Ability to remove and reinstall vehicle parts, including emblems, decals, belt moldings, and trim pieces.
• Ability to manage workload, time, and delivery schedules.
• Ability to drive and operate high-end vehicles comfortably and safely.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Wash and decontaminate vehicle surfaces in preparation for PPF installation.
• Remove and reinstall vehicle emblems, decals, belt moldings, and trim pieces as needed before and after installation.
• Apply PPF to required vehicle surfaces with precision.
• Stock the work area.
• Prepare templates before installation using the XPEL DAP system.
• Inspect completed installations in detail to ensure they meet high standards.
• Manage workload, time, and delivery schedules.
• Drive and operate high-end vehicles safely and comfortably.
