Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery, integration, and lifecycle management of L3 (SiL) environments for software development & integration, L3+ virtual platforms for system-level integration & validation, and HiL systems for real-time embedded software deployment.
  • Ensure seamless integration of software, models, toolchains, and infrastructure across all xIL levels.
  • Define and manage environment baselines, release processes, and configuration standards.
  • Deliver fully integrated xIL systems aligned with vehicle program milestones.
  • Lead the management, configuration, and integration of xIL toolchains, including dSPACE, Vector VT Systems, NI, ETAS, MATLAB/Simulink, Modelica-based tools, and CI/CD ecosystems (TeamCity, Git-based systems).
  • Ensure platforms are scalable, stable, and high-performing, and properly versioned and release-aligned.
  • Drive standardization and reuse of frameworks and tool configurations.
  • Contribute as a core member of the xIL Operational Management team, supporting platform strategy and roadmap definition, cross-program prioritization and capacity planning, and governance and operational decision-making.
  • Align xIL platform delivery with Stellantis V-cycle and software release milestones.
  • Support transformation toward virtual-first validation (L3/L3+).
  • Act as a customer-facing delivery leader, enabling internal teams across SWE, PRS, and VE.
  • Drive adoption of xIL platforms by supporting onboarding and environment setup, providing usage guidance and best practices, and assisting teams transitioning to L3/L3+ environments.
