Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field AND 2+ years experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, program management, hardware development, or consumer electronics.
OR equivalent experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations or a related area.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development, planning, and execution of a holistic, cross-functional product launch strategy, from product inception to high-volume manufacturing. Assist with managing the handoff from product design to mass production, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication across teams.
Help drive the organization through the launch of new products, ensuring alignment with key technical and business milestones. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product engineering, supply chain, and external suppliers to meet program goals.
Assist in executing development builds, driving factory and supply chain readiness for high-volume manufacturing. Support the development of supply base strategies, ensuring product and customer needs are met through successful supplier collaboration.
Contribute to the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks throughout the new product introduction process. Work with more experienced team members to assess potential risks and develop recovery plans to ensure smooth product launches.
Collaborate in the creation and management of product development schedules, identifying critical milestones and dependencies. Support the identification of potential risks to timelines and help coordinate mitigation efforts.
Support internal communications related to product launch progress. Participate in executive updates, product launch reviews, and ensure alignment across teams to deliver on key program objectives.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for process improvements in new product introduction. Help execute strategies to enhance efficiency and quality in product development, production, and supply chain readiness.
