About The Position

Premium is seeking an XBOX Distribution Sales and Marketing Lead to spearhead strategic commercial partnerships and maximize market share for Microsoft’s gaming portfolio. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, cultivating top-tier distributor and retailer relationships, and maintaining meticulous fiscal control over account budgets and marketing spend. As the Lead for our Microsoft Support program, you will act as the primary liaison between key accounts, distributors, and internal teams to build mutually beneficial, data-driven sales plans.
