Requirements
- Associate degree in radiologic technology or radiology.
- Certificate from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- License in state of practice.
- Experience in patient care.
- Strong communications skills.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of the exam room for the proper procedure.
- Position patient correctly for radiological procedures.
- Answer patient's questions relating to imaging procedures.
- Coordinate with physicians to ensure the proper delivery of images.
- Input details and data of the procedure into patient records.
