About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist - (Days) for a 13-week travel assignment in Glens Falls, NY. This position involves preparing and positioning patients for imaging procedures, operating imaging equipment safely and accurately, minimizing radiation exposure, ensuring patient comfort, maintaining and calibrating equipment, collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare providers, documenting procedures, and following safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ of current X-Ray experience
  • Active NYS license & ARRT(R)
  • Must have active NYS license at time of submission
  • EPIC EMR experience is required
  • Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association during employment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
  • Drug screen and background check (facility required)
  • Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
  • 14 panel drug screen (within 24hrs of offer acceptance) - MUST include and list out all of the following : Amphetamines (including methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA), Barbituates, Benzodiazepines, Cocaine Metabolite, Opiates (including codeine, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone), Phencyclidine, Methadone, Methaqualone, Propoxyphene, Buprenorphine and 6-Acetylmorphine (MUST be listed on all results).
  • Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED.
  • Permanent address must be included in profile. Address must match Driver License/State ID. Address will be validated during compliance process.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with level 1 trauma hospitals is strongly preferred
  • Previous/Current travel experience strongly preferred
