Requirements

2–3+ years of hands-on X-ray experience.
Strong background working directly with patients in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Deep understanding of X-ray procedures, positioning, exposure factors, and equipment operation.
Exceptional communication, patient empathy, and customer service skills.
Proven ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
Uncompromising commitment to radiation safety and patient care.

Nice To Haves

1+ years of X-ray experience specifically within an outpatient orthopedic clinic.
Strong hospital-based experience, excellent patient-facing skills, and a strong desire to transition to an outpatient orthopedic environment.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality X-rays in strict accordance with physician orders and established clinical protocols.
Prepare and position patients safely and accurately, ensuring optimal exposure while prioritizing patient comfort.
Operate and adjust advanced X-ray equipment with precision.
Educate patients on procedures, answering questions to ease anxiety and ensure compliance.
Maintain rigorous safety standards, strictly adhering to patient and radiation safety protocols.
Manage documentation, maintaining accurate patient records, imaging logs, and compliance files.
Oversee environment upkeep, ensuring the X-ray room remains clean, sterile, and well-organized.
