About The Position

Radiology Ltd., a partner company of Lumexa Imaging and the premier provider of diagnostic and interventional radiology services in Southern Arizona since 1933, is seeking a Full Time X-ray Technologist for its Casa Verde site in Green Valley. This position offers the opportunity for on-the-job training in other modalities such as Mammography, MRI, CT, and DEXA. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology.
Current Arizona State Licensure.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Sensitive to the needs of patients.
Ability to work as a member of a team.
Ability to follow the instructions of the Radiologist.
View images and capable of adjusting parameters to achieve high-quality diagnostic imaging.

Nice To Haves

Willingness to be trained in other modalities such as Mammography, MRI, CT, and DEXA.

Responsibilities

Perform precise, prompt, and high-quality x-ray examinations.
Select appropriate imaging techniques and operate console and peripheral hardware.
Enter and monitor patient data.
Provide excellent patient care in a timely manner.
Communicate with radiologists and work efficiently with team members.
Prepare patients for procedures, including moving patients.
Maneuver equipment.
