About The Position
The client is hiring a Radiology/Cardiology X-Ray Tech in Cleveland, Ohio, for an evening shift described as 5x8. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must provide the listed credentials, health records, and references and pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- 2 current clinical references
- Physical examination within the last 12 months
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
- Respiratory fit test within the last 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screening
