X-Ray/Dexa Technologist
About The Position
University Radiology is looking for a full-time X-Ray/Dexa Technologist for our Somerset, NJ Imaging Office. This position operates Monday - Thursday from 11:00 am - 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 7:30 am - 1:00 pm. A sign-on bonus is being offered to eligible new hires. University Radiology is the largest provider of subspecialty radiology and teleradiology services in NJ, with over 200 Board Certified radiologists. They have been in operation for over 60 years, staffing, managing, and providing interpretations and consultative support for various medical facilities, and serving as the academic radiology faculty at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Their physicians interpret over 2.1 million radiology procedures annually.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology School
- Two years of experience
- ARRT certification
- CPR certification
- DEP/NJ State License
Nice To Haves
- Multi-modality certification preferred (X-Ray/DEXA)
Responsibilities
- Operate X-Ray/Dexa equipment.
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
