About The Position
Loyola Medicine is hosting a Virtual Hiring Event for X-Ray or CT Technologists. This event is an opportunity for both experienced professionals and new graduates to connect with hiring leaders, learn about the Imaging team, and interview for immediate and upcoming full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities. The event details include a virtual format with online interviews, and contact information for those with questions or unable to attend.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent training (required for ARRT certification after 2015 or for uncertified applicants).
- R.T. (R) (ARRT) or (CT) certification.
- Illinois IEMA License.
- CPR certification (AHA only).
- Recent graduates have 90 days to obtain certification.
Nice To Haves
- Degree in Radiologic Technology.
- For applicants certified by ARRT prior to 2015, no associate degree is required.
Responsibilities
- Operate X-ray and CT equipment.
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members.
