This is a critical role within the WW Sales & Operations Support Finance Team and is responsible for business facing analysis in support of key decision making. This role will provide world-class business partner support to various Operations Directors and their teams, requiring excellent communication skills, strong business insight, and ability to solve problems real-time. The position offers the unique opportunity to work closely with all areas of WW Supply Chain and cross-functionally with many teams. We are looking for a proven individual contributor who demands the very best from themselves, adopts change, offers fresh opinions, works well independently, and constantly looks for new and improved ways to achieve results. We need someone who will collaborate across multiple organizations to successfully drive insights in a high-paced environment.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 5+ years experience in financial experience performing forecasting, reporting and analysis with growing responsibilities.
• Creative and curious self starter
• Solid analytical & financial modeling background
• Fierce attention to detail with accuracy
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have consistent track record of delivering high quality work under tight deadlines
• Capable of grasping essentials in unstructured complex situations
• Excellent program management skills, with ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Flexibility in working across timezones with global teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings with partners across multiple functions in an organization
• Outstanding analytical skills and experience in collecting, analyzing, and tracking key business data
• A self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a fast paced, changing environment
• Relentless focus on details, accuracy, and quality
• Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally across large global organizations
• Proven ability to interact and influence effectively and diplomatically with senior leadership and business partners
• Experience synthesizing ideas into compelling presentations
• Excellent Keynote and Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing analysis and key business drivers to report on performance and influence strategic decision making across Sales and Operations Support.
• Partner with Logistics, BPR, Procurement and other business functions to build holistic business cases in support of Logistics Supply Chain capital investment opportunities.
• Support development of key internal communications and presentations.
• Developing analysis and reporting highlighting key wins across the Logistics Supply Chain.
