Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech? Vishay Dale Electronics – Columbus, NE is currently seeking applicants for a WSH Utility Operator 1st Shift. (Monday – Thursday) from 4:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Overtime is available as needed.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
One month to three months experience.
Must qualify as a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

Responsibilities

Maintain and run WSH automated equipment including forming, coating, singulate, and pack, and manual formers and coaters as necessary.
Set up and operate WSH forming machine
Secure laser trimmed order to machine, run through machine to form, add kapton, and finish.
Remove reel of completed order.
Set up and operate WSH coating machine.
Set reel of formed material to coater, run material through coater, to coat, making necessary adjustments as necessary.
Remove reel of coated material from machine.
Set up and operate WSH Printer Singulate machine
Secure reel of coated product to the print singulate machine.
Make adjustments as needed.
Remove singulated product from machine.
Set up and operate WSH packer.
Run product through packer, set packaging material to machine, remove packaged material.
Print bar code labels for each reel as required using labeling program and bar code printer.
Verify product to label.
