Women of Reform Judaism (WRJ) seeks a Philanthropy Manager to support and strengthen its fundraising efforts in service of its mission. Founded in 1913, WRJ is the women’s affiliate of the Reform Jewish movement, a global network of Jewish women advancing leadership, community, spirituality, and social justice. Through its fundraising efforts, including the YES Fund (Youth, Education, and Special Projects), WRJ provides critical support to programs and institutions across the Reform Jewish movement. This role plays a key part in sustaining and growing that impact, helping to empower women and communities worldwide. This is an opportunity for a relationship-driven, detail-oriented fundraiser to contribute meaningfully to a mission-driven organization. The Philanthropy Manager will partner with senior leadership and lay leaders to execute fundraising strategies, deepen donor engagement, and support a culture of philanthropy across WRJ. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both building relationships and managing the day-to-day execution of fundraising programs.
