About The Position

We are seeking a Written Content Creator/Copywriter to produce clear, confident, and persuasive written content for B2C and B2B brands. This is a 1099 role focused on written content, not visual. You will develop messaging to support marketing, sales, and brand storytelling across various audiences, including fabricators, dealers, trade partners, and corporate stakeholders. The role requires a blend of craft, speed, and judgment, utilizing AI tools for initial drafts and applying expertise to refine content to align with brand voice, business objectives, and customer needs. You will operate in a test-and-learn environment, continuously refining content to improve business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in written content creation (B2B preferred).
  • Strong ability to write clearly, edit effectively, and proofread thoroughly.
  • High attention to detail and consistency.
  • Comfortable producing content at a steady pace and balancing speed with quality.
  • Understand how organizations market and sell products/services and can tailor content to different audiences.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate writing workflows and strong judgment in refining AI-generated content.
  • Skilled at simplifying complex information and writing in a direct, useful, and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Works effectively across teams and functions, open to feedback and iteration, and able to manage shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-volume written content across channels, including product/service descriptions, email campaigns, website copy, blog posts, sales enablement tools, and corporate messaging.
  • Write, edit, and proofread content with consistency and accuracy, ensuring clarity, tone, effectiveness, and adherence to brand voice and standards.
  • Operate in a test-and-learn content model, producing content quickly, iterating based on feedback and performance, and exploring different messaging approaches.
  • Leverage AI and content tools to generate drafts, outlines, and variations, applying editorial judgment to ensure content is accurate, credible, audience-relevant, and human in tone.
  • Translate business needs into effective content by understanding brand operations and turning business priorities into content that supports marketing, sales, and drives engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, logistics, and leadership teams to gather inputs, validate accuracy, align messaging, and ensure consistency across brands and channels.
  • Maintain clarity and brand consistency by applying appropriate tone and messaging for each brand and audience, reinforcing credibility, trust, and expertise.
